Returns & Exchanges
At Collective Hair Collection, many of our products are custom-colored and made specifically for each order. Because of the nature of hair extensions, all returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Custom Products
The following products are considered custom-made and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Create Your Blend orders
- Custom color blends
- Custom rooted colors
- Special-order products
- Personalized products
All custom sales are final.
Standard Collection Products
Products from our standard collection may be eligible for store credit if:
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product remains unopened and unused
- Hair has not been removed from the original packaging
- Hair has not been installed, brushed, washed, toned, colored, cut, or altered in any way
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item

Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Approved claims may be replaced, refunded, or credited at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Installed hair extensions
- Opened hair extensions
- Custom products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
