Returns & Exchanges

At Collective Hair Collection, many of our products are custom-colored and made specifically for each order. Because of the nature of hair extensions, all returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Custom Products

The following products are considered custom-made and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Create Your Blend orders
  • Custom color blends
  • Custom rooted colors
  • Special-order products
  • Personalized products

All custom sales are final.

Standard Collection Products

Products from our standard collection may be eligible for store credit if:

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Product remains unopened and unused
  • Hair has not been removed from the original packaging
  • Hair has not been installed, brushed, washed, toned, colored, cut, or altered in any way

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Approved claims may be replaced, refunded, or credited at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Installed hair extensions
  • Opened hair extensions
  • Custom products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
